Page contents not supported in other languages.
From Wikipedia

Excerpt from edit summaries:

It's OK to add content to old pages, but only add new pages in cherokee
just because you say so doesn't make it policy. OK? (anyway there is no Template:Delete yet)
It /is/ policy, Wikimedia-wide: the Wikipedia in a language is supposed to be /in that language/. You're not helping.
What possible motivation could you have for adding these, anyways???

I would like to put discussion here and keep it here, so we can actually have a discussion. Thank you.

I can understand that the Cherokee Wikipedia should be in Cherokee, and I fully agree with that. I can also understand that you want new content to be in Cherokee for full conversion to occur, and after some thinking, I agree with that as well. You win here.

I do, however, find some offense with your implication that I was, for no reason, anglifying the already 90% English "Cherokee" Wikipedia. I will agree that certain articles, such as World War II and India (which was in fact created by an anonymous user), should not have been created unless they were in Cherokee. That was my mistake. What puzzled me was your implication that I should not have created an anniversary page unless in Cherokee. As far as I can understand, the anniversary page stood for almost 11 months before being updated. This is an obvious sign of a dead wiki, and it may drive potential contributors away.

Oh, and I would recommend creating a speedy delete template before you reference it, because those pages currently give no information about their deletion status.

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users.
