Capitalization hypercorrection[ᎦᏁᏟᏴᏓ ᎰᏪᎸᎦ]

Dear Amherst99,

Please refrain from "correcting" the capitalization of ethnicities and nationalities on the Cherokee Wikipedia. This is unnecessary, and please remember that when a word is not used in a complete sentence the word is an isolate therefore not affected by orthographical rules. Take these words as if there were the title page's name, as such it will always take capitalization. For example, if you had a book named "The Finns" and it were translated into Finnish on the cover page it will not be "suomalaiset", it will be "Suomalaiset" (Not to mention, even on the Finnish Wikipedia they use the capital S). Thank you for your interest in the Cherokee Wikipedia, but let this be your last hypercorrection of capitalization. Cheers ᏳᎴᏂ (talk) 14:28, 5 ᏥᎶᏂ 2012 (UTC)
